If one single method of training was the most effective way to achieve all objectives, then everyone would use that form exclusively, but they don’t.
Individuals and their objectives vary so the means of preparation must also differ.
Programme Appointment
I provide what each individual needs on an individual basis
Each Session will be approximately 1 hour
A programme appointment may be specific to Strength, Conditioning, Body work (weight loss & toning) or a combination of all components
The appointment consists of a needs analysis, programme creation followed by instruction on how to correctly perform individual exercises
More than 1 session may be required depending on the individuals experience
Fine Tuning Appointment
This is a follow up appointment after being prescribed an individual programme
This appointment can be used for additional instruction on any aspect of your programme whether it be; lifting technique, motivation or simply to have a directed session for feedback
Session will be approximately 1 hour
